Online registration closes on 11th December, 2011. On the spot registration is available on 18th to 21st December at IIT Kanpur.
Registration Fee For The Conference
The registration fee is applicable for all the participants including the plenary/invited speakers. It includes a copy of the workshop proceedings, Lunch on Conference days and invitation to Cultural programme and workshop Banquet.

The registration fee can be paid in the form of a crossed (A/C payee) Demand Draft drawn in Favor of “IWPSD-2011” payable at Kanpur. Bank transfer of Registration Fee is preferable (Please contact Chariman, IWPSD-2011 for details). Overseas participants can use telegraphic mode for payments
Cancellation Policy For The Registration Fee
50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations done before 20th November 2011. No refunds for cancellations will be made after 20th November 2011. For cancellation of hotel reservations, the respective hotel policies apply. Please check the terms & conditions with the hotel at the time of hotel booking.
Important Note About Online Payment
From August 1, As per Reserve Bank of India guidelines, credit cards have to be registered with "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard Secure Code" to avoid any problems. Most of the people who encounter problems with paying online would be because of non registration of their credit cards with their issuing banks as now it is compulsory to register their cards with their bank authorities and then use it online without which RBI has directed all charges to be declined. All cardholders must use a Password/PIN while making any purchase online in India. This is an additional Password/PIN that must be entered along with the card number, expiry date and CVC2, while making the transaction.

Hurry!!! If you confirm your stall bookings by July 30, 2011 you will be entitled to an early bird discount of 10%. Also stall locations and floor layout will be decided on the first-come-first-served basis.
Booth rental includes:
Fully constructed stalls, under covered exhibition space, built with three-sided Octonom,
1 table and 3 chairs, 15 amp power socket, facia with company name,
Complimentary registration to the Conference, 1 for each stall booked.
Exhibitor's name will be displayed in the list of exhibitors at the Conference venue,
Organizers will not be providing UPS supply. Exhibitors should make their own arrangements for the UPS supply for their equipments, if they feel it is required. Exhibitors requiring any specialized equipment/facilities may contact the conference organizers in writing. Though organizers will not take any responsibility in meeting the special needs, organizers will make every effort in identifying the vendors who can take care of the special needs and put them in contact with the exhibitors. All such needs must be given in writing to the Conference Chairman by November 30th.
How To Reach
By Air Most Visitors to IIT Kanpur get off at Lucknow Airport, and take a taxi from the airport taxi stand to IIT, which is around 11/2 to 2 hours. Taxis booked from IIT campus for pick up at the airport charge Rs. 1000 to 1500 (depending on vehicle type and AC/nonAC). Flights between Delhi-Lucknow are almost every hour between 6am-9pm. Mumbai-Lucknow and Kolkata-Lucknow also have direct flights. Plus, there is one midday ATR flight of AI between Delhi-Kanpur.
By Railway Kanpur is connected by rail with all metros, and with high speed trains from Delhi and Kolkata. The Delhi-Kanpur connection ranges from 5 hour travel in morning/evening to overnight trains. IIT Kanpur is about 16 kms from the Kanpur Central Railway Station. Taxis and Three-wheelers are available from the Cantonment side (Platform No. 1 side) of the Kanpur Central Railway Station. The rates are around Rs. 200/- to 250/- for a taxi and Rs. 130/- for a Three-wheeler. Visitors are expected to reach the Guest House (Visitors' Hostel) in the IIT-campus for accommodation.
By RoadKanpur is connected on NH2 running between Amritsar and Kolkata and connecting cities like Delhi, Agra, Allahabad, Patna. It is about 480 km from Delhi through this highway. Kanpur is also connected to Lucknow on NH25 and is about 91 km from Lucknow. Kanpur is connected to Delhi (440 Km) through another parallel highway NH81 and passing through Ghaziabad, Aligarh.
